The Arts NSW logo (including associated text) must be used by the cultural institutions in publications in which all sponsors are listed. However, the cultural institutions are not required to use the logo if its use would be to the detriment of a sponsorship arrangement which relies on the exclusivity of the sponsor’s corporate identity.
The New South Wales cultural institutions are as follows:
Art Gallery of NSW
Australian Museum
Historic Houses Trust
NSW Film and Television Office
Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences (Powerhouse Museum and Sydney Observatory)
State Library of NSW
Sydney Opera House
Allow a minimum margin of 5mm from all edges as indicated at minimum dimension specified.
All clearances are indicated at minimum logo reproduction size and must remain proportionate if the logo is enlarged.
Acknowledgements must not reproduce smaller than 5pt and not exceed 7pt.
An institution must place their name in the relevant position of the acknowledgement line as indicated within [ ].
The acknowledgement/s in relation to the logo/s can be positioned above or below depending on space and or layout contraints.
The type size and position of the logo should be equivalent to that of other sponsors or donors who have provided similar levels of support.
An organisation will not make any other use of Arts NSW’s logo without the prior written consent of Arts NSW which may be granted or refused in Arts NSW’s absolute discretion.
