The Premier's Adventure Challenge encouraged NSW school children to visit the State's museums and galleries through an incentive scheme based on a Kids’ Adventure Passport.
Over 600,000 children in NSW were encouraged to by the Premier to participate in the Challenge. Thousands collected stamps in their passports from over 70 participating museums and galleries throughout NSW from 13 July 2009 to 27 January 2010.
Almost 2,500 children successfully completed the Challenge and received a signed certificate from the Premier of NSW.
Certificates and Images are still being processed by Arts NSW staff after the holiday rush. It is anticipated that this will be concluded by the end of February 2010.
The Premier's Adventure Challenge encouraged children in New South Wales to discover more about our wonderful museums and galleries.
