Arts NSW has commenced a review of its funding support for touring.
This project will review all the funding currently being provided to performing arts touring by Arts NSW, taking into account:
- Touring Costs
- Touring production chain
- Trends in digital presentation of performance
- Interrelationship of Arts NSW funding and other funding sources, particularly Playing Australia Costs
The review will provide recommendations for reform of Arts NSW support to performing arts touring. A final report is expected to be completed in January 2011.
