- Arts NSW provides the following funding opportunities to support artists and arts and cultural organisations in NSW.
- Funding for programs
- Program funding is open to organisations which are central to the cultural life of NSW. This type of funding is allocated either annually or triennially.
- Funding for projects
- Organisations and individuals can apply for grants and funding for a wide-range of projects ranging from the creative development of a performance piece, to facility upgrades.
- For individuals
- Grants, scholarships, residencies, awards, funding for unique opportunities and project support for NSW arts practitioners are available.
- Other support options

- Acquittals
- An acquittal is the process of evaluating and reporting on how funds provided by Arts NSW for a specific purpose have been spent. Arts NSW is legally required to obtain acquittals from all grant recipients.
