Australia Council for the Arts
The Australia Council for the Arts is the Australian Government’s arts funding and advisory body.
Provides information on, and links to, numerous sources of funding available to communities, as well as advice on submission writing.
Provides information on Commonwealth grants available for community projects.
Provides links to government sources of financial assistance to community groups, non-government philanthropic trusts, and commercial services providing grant information via subscription.
Provides links to organisations offering grants and scholarships.
Arts NSW provides devolved funding support to key peak and service bodies.
Managed by the Australian Government’s Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts, Festivals Australia also provides funding to regional and community festivals for arts-based projects which enhance the festival’s cultural program.
