The majority of Arts NSW application forms request a Delivery Plan.
This section of the form is designed to map out key elements of your program or project: key deliverables, milestones, personnel and performance indicators.
To assist you in completing your application we have prepared a number of sample delivery plans.
They are arranged according to the type of funding (i.e. Annual Program) and artform. You might find it useful to read through more than one (even if the type of funding/artform is different), as they will give you an idea of the sorts of responses you might provide in your application.
