Variations to funded activities are sometimes required at different stages of the funding cycle.
1. Variation before payment: if a program or project has received less funding than was requested, the funding recipient may be required to provide revised information for the program or project.
2. Variation after payment: you may seek approval from Arts NSW for a variation to your original grant. This may include a change to your program/project, to key personnel, to the start and/or end dates, or key deliverables or the budget. For changes to be eligible they must be in line with the originating funding category and original application.
Unless a variation is approved by authorised officers in Arts NSW, the funding recipient must use the funding solely for the purpose for which it was approved and the commencement and completion dates of the Program / Project must be adhered to.
