Project funding – Regional Capital

Funds are available for the improvement of arts and cultural infrastructure and the purchase of equipment used for arts and cultural purposes.

Applications open: 25 July 2016
Applications close: 5 September 2016 (5pm, AEST – Sydney time)

Who can apply?

  • Organisations based in regional NSW.

Term:

For purchases and projects commencing after 1 January 2017.

Funding range:

Arts NSW will provide matched funding of up to $60,000.

Types of activities funded:

  • capital works and the purchase of equipment used for arts and cultural purposes
  • capital works such as; construction, alteration, renovation, completion or fitting out of buildings or facilities for arts and cultural use
  • support for example, the purchase of auditorium seating, storage units, and equipment such as theatre and exhibition lighting and sound systems, air-conditioning, stage machinery and electrical systems which improve the usability of arts and cultural facilities.
