Feedback Survey 2011

Arts NSW, a division of Department of Trade & Investment, Regional Infrastructure & Services, is currently conducting a survey to find out how we can further improve our services to meet your needs.

As a valued client of Arts NSW we would like to hear your views. You may contribute by participating in the completion of this voluntary survey.

What type of survey?

The survey will be conducted using SurveyMonkey.Com. It will require approximately ten to fifteen minutes to complete. Should you complete the survey, we assure you that all comments you make will be completely confidential. Your comments will be grouped with all the other responses and you will not be identified.

What are the proposed target participants?

The survey is intended to seek comments from the various stakeholders and/or service users of Arts NSW during 2011. This would include people who applied for the Arts Funding Program and other stakeholders who have been in contact and/or working with Arts NSW staff for other purposes.

Who will conduct the survey?

Arts NSW staff are conducting the survey.

Arts NSW may publish the consolidated data from this study in the public domain such as the on the Arts NSW website.

Do I have to take part in the survey?

No. You do not have to take part in the survey. You can choose not to participate.

The survey will be open from 6 February to 29 February 2012. Please submit the completed survey by close of business Wednesday 29 February 2012.
